Updated 17 October 2026. These terms concern use of this website. A separate proposal and service agreement will apply to commissioned work.

About byDLB

This website is operated by Daniele La Brecciosa, trading as byDLB. Contact: daniele@bydlb.com. byDLB is UK-based, with remote-first delivery and an initial destination focus on Abruzzo. Support elsewhere in Italy is arranged individually. On-site support requires separate agreement on availability, fees and expenses. Website information and enquiries

The website introduces Destination & Event Liaison, Italian Travel Concierge and Italian Partner & Planner Liaison. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve a service or guarantee availability. Deliverables, responsibilities and any commissioned work are agreed separately before work begins.

The aim is to respond to enquiries within two working days. Calls are arranged by appointment. Form confirmation records acceptance by the delivery service; it does not guarantee a reply or inbox delivery.

Destination ideas and third parties

Destination descriptions and experience ideas are inspiration for individually researched trips. They are not fixed packages or immediately bookable offers. Availability, seasonality, suitability and provider terms require checking. Photographs and illustrative settings do not establish a byDLB partnership or represent completed client work.

Clients book and pay providers directly. Provider contracts and services are separate from byDLB’s support. Italian planners retain their overall planning responsibilities, client relationships, contracts, budgets and final decisions.

Website content and images

Information may be updated as services develop. External websites are the responsibility of their respective operators. Image identification, creators, sources and reuse licences are available on our Legal notice & image credits page. Those licences apply to the credited images and do not imply endorsement of byDLB.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation or submit malicious, misleading or unnecessary sensitive material. Personal information is explained in our privacy notice, and optional measurement in our cookie information. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service agreements

These website terms remain separate from the service agreement, which will set out the agreed support and its commercial conditions.
