I’m Dani, founder of byDLB. Bringing together Italian roots and over a decade of hospitality experience across Italy and the UK, I help international clients and Italian professionals connect, communicate and move their plans forward.

My career has taken me through restaurants, hotels, weddings and events, including roles at Luca and The Clove Club in London, Relais Villa Corallo in Abruzzo and Waterman House in Northern Ireland.
Working with guests, couples, colleagues and suppliers has meant understanding different expectations, bringing people together and keeping track of the details that make an experience work.
That experience shapes byDLB: listening carefully, researching thoughtfully and keeping communication clear between everyone involved.

Planning a celebration or a trip in Italy means making decisions from a distance, often across different languages and ways of working. Having someone who understands both sides can make those conversations easier.
Through byDLB, I support destination research, professional introductions and ongoing communication, helping you understand your options and decide what comes next. I also work with Italian planners, venues and suppliers to support their communication with international clients.
You work directly with me. We agree the support, fees and timing at the outset, so you know what to expect.
Abruzzo is my starting point, with support elsewhere in Italy researched by arrangement. I’m currently based in the UK, working remotely and travelling to Italy when on-site support is agreed.
