- Venue research within one agreed area of Abruzzo.
- A comparison of four to five shortlisted venues.
- Initial enquiries and up to two follow-up rounds.
- Available information on costs, capacity, accommodation and dates, with unconfirmed information clearly identified.
- A 30-minute shortlist review.
- One consolidated refinement within the original requirements.
- Introductions to up to three preferred shortlisted venues.
Venue prices and availability require provider confirmation; a shortlist is not a confirmation of availability.

Your venue search, with support to move conversations forward.

- Everything in Finding your setting.
- Five hours of follow-up liaison over an agreed period of up to 30 days after the shortlist review.
- Venue correspondence, outstanding questions and agreed calls or viewing arrangements.
- A shared action list and closing handover.
Preparation, correspondence, calls and updates all count towards the five hours. Further work requires agreement.

Research in one supplier category and one agreed area: up to three suitable options, initial enquiries, one follow-up round, a comparison and introductions. Availability is subject to confirmation.
Keeping conversations moving
€350
Five hours of standalone liaison within 30 days for clients who already have their venue or professionals.
Corporate events
Tailored to the scope
The €650 venue-search service applies where its scope fits. Wider preparation, multiple suppliers and event coordination receive a tailored proposal.
Practical details for Destination & Events
- Fees cover professional support, not the cost of your event. You contract with and pay venues and suppliers directly.
- Venue prices and availability require provider confirmation.
- Site visits, travel, event-day coordination and additional supplier research are quoted separately. Liaison support does not replace full wedding planning.
- A substantial change of area, date, budget or requirements may require a revised proposal.
- The €95 consultation is paid upfront. The €650 and €950 services use a 50% initial payment and an agreed balance milestone. Payment terms for additional services are confirmed in your written proposal.
For venue research, I aim to present the first shortlist within 15 working days of receiving the necessary information and initial payment, subject to provider response times.
Your written proposal confirms any applicable taxes and the final payable total before you accept.

Practical details for For Italian Partners
- Onboarding, preparation, calls, correspondence and reporting all count towards the allocation.
- Monthly support is paid in advance. Renewal and notice are agreed in writing.
- Unused hours do not automatically roll over.
- You remain the lead professional and decision-maker. We agree communication channels, response schedules and responsibilities before starting.
- Working primarily remotely from the UK, with on-site support and travel arranged separately. Payment terms for the one-project service are confirmed in your written proposal.

Up to three planned days, one accommodation base and up to four travellers sharing one itinerary. Personalised recommendations and a daily plan, with one consolidated revision.
Practical details for Travel Concierge
- Travel fees are per shared itinerary, not per person. Additional bases, separate itineraries, larger groups or substantial changes receive a tailored quote.
- You book and pay accommodation, dining and activity providers directly, under their own terms. Travel costs are separate.
- Availability and reservations are confirmed by each provider. Travel research and liaison are provided separately from those bookings; package holidays are not offered.
- During-trip support is agreed separately. Round-the-clock assistance is not included.
- Working primarily remotely from the UK, with any on-site support in Italy arranged separately. Payment terms for travel services are confirmed in your written proposal.
