BEFORE WE BEGIN

The practical details.

  • Travel fees are per shared itinerary, not per person. Additional bases, separate itineraries, larger groups or substantial changes receive a tailored quote.
  • You book and pay accommodation, dining and activity providers directly, under their own terms. Travel costs are separate.
  • Availability and reservations are confirmed by each provider. Travel research and liaison are provided separately from those bookings; package holidays are not offered.
  • During-trip support is agreed separately. Round-the-clock assistance is not included.
  • Working primarily remotely from the UK, with any on-site support in Italy arranged separately. Payment terms for travel services are confirmed in your written proposal.

Your written proposal confirms any applicable taxes and the final payable total before you accept.

    I research a plan around your interests, travel times and practical needs. We review it together, with the revision and further liaison included in the option you choose.

    We review the agreed work and bring together the next steps, with further support agreed where needed.
