The practical details.

  • Onboarding, preparation, calls, correspondence and reporting all count towards the allocation.
  • Monthly support is paid in advance. Renewal and notice are agreed in writing.
  • Unused hours do not automatically roll over.
  • You remain the lead professional and decision-maker. We agree communication channels, response schedules and responsibilities before starting.
  • Working primarily remotely from the UK, with on-site support and travel arranged separately. Payment terms for the one-project service are confirmed in your written proposal.

Your written proposal confirms any applicable taxes and the final payable total before you accept.
